Conroe Boy Air Lifted after Last Edited: Thursday, 27 Nov 2008, 11:37 AM CST
CONROE, Texas -- An 8-year-old boy is air lifted to the hospital in critical condition after a pit bull attack in Conroe. Montgomery County Sheriff's Deputies say the boy was playing on Royal Shores Drive just before 5 p.m. when the two dogs attacked. Neighbors at the scene told FOX 26 News the dogs had been seen in the area before, but animal control couldn't take them in because the dogs were always chained up. The child was taken to the hospital by Life Flight in critical condition and the dogs were taken into custody. There is no word on the child's condition as of Thursday or what the fate of the dogs involved in the attack is. |
