Dog Bites Boy in SW Miami-Dade

SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE (CBS4) ― A 10-year-old boy was transported to Miami Children's Hospital after being attacked by a dog Thursday night in Southwest Miami-Dade.

Neighbors say the boy approached the Husky mix while it was chained up next to its owner on his property at 20635 SW 120 Court, and that's when it bit him in the arm and the side of his body.

The boy was breathing and conscious when he was transported and was last listed in good condition at the hospital.

Animal services is letting the owner keep the dog while they investigate.

SOUTHWEST MIAMI-DADE --A 10-year-old boy was taken to the hospital after a dog attacked him, WFOR-Ch. 4 reports.

The boy approached the husky mix while it was chained near its owner on the 20000 block of Southwest 120th Court on Thursday night. The dog bit the boy on the arm and on his side.

The child was taken to Miami Children's Hospital and was listed in good condition.

Animal services is investigating the attack.
