Surveillance video shows dog
attacking 5 year old boy

A five-year-old boy being attacked by two pitbulls was videotaped this weekend by a Detroit gas station's surveillance camera.

The tape shows the boy's father and the dogs' owner fighting the two animals off Saturday afternoon.

WXYZ T-V reports the boy escaped with two bites to his back and what police describe as minor injuries.

A second owner of the dogs says the animals had been chained at their home.

The television station reports three unlicensed dogs were later taken from the home.
